Hailing from Perpignan, France (hometown of Trouble In Mind alums Sonic Chicken 4!), The Liminanas serve up a modern-day update on classic French Ye-Ye sounds! "Je ne suis pas tres drogue" is a hypnotic dance number with spoken word passages that conjures up a sweat-soaked go-go dance floor circa 1967, while "Berceuse pour Clive" is a gentle reverb-drenched lullaby. We like to think if Serge Gainsbourg were alive today - he'd still be making music like THIS! I realize it's been a while since we've spoken, but I have great news!

The next batch of Trouble In Mind releases go off to press NEXT WEEK & will include singles by hot new Chicago band Hollows, French pop group The Liminanas, & Portland tardo punks The Mean Jeans! Also in this batch is a super-secret surprise that will only be available at our SXSW Day show at the Scoot Inn on Friday March 19th & also exclusively for Record Store Day sometime in April (around the 18th or 19th probably - check back for updated details!)... What is this super-secret surprise single, you ask??? Here's a hint: 4-way split - all covers... chew on that for a while!
